The District will hold a special board meeting on September 25, 2025, at 4:00 pm at which an Executive Session will take place, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The meeting will take place at 2543 Shasta Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97601.
